To our valued clients: We thank you for your patience during this challenging situation. The health, safety and well-being of our stylist, clients, and our community are most important to us. We have been working hard preparing for our reopening. As a precaution, we believe the safest way to handle the salon situation is to treat everyone, including ourselves, as if they could be infected. Therefore, effective immediately, we have implemented the following policies and a signature-required waiver to conduct services.
Policy
- Only clients receiving service will be allowed in the salon.
- Scheduled appointments will require a waiver to be signed. Failure to sign the waiver will result in a refusal of service.
- If there is a wait time between your arrival and your service, you will be asked to wait in your car.
- Masks will be mandatory and provided. Do not remove your mask during your visit.
- Your temperature will be checked upon arrival.
- You are required to sanitize/wash your hands each time you enter the salon.

have agreed to receive a salon service from Revelations Image Salon. I understand that before any service may be performed, I agree to the above and the following:
- To cancel/reschedule my appointment if I am not feeling well for any reason, or if I have been exposed to anyone that has tested positive to the coronavirus in the past 14 days, or if I have any reason to believe that I have or have had the coronavirus within the last 14 days.
- To allow a check of my temperature upon arrival to the salon and allow the cancellation/rescheduling of my appointment if my temperature is over 99.0 degrees.
- To wear a mask while in the salon.
- To agree to waive and not pursue any claim against Revelations Image Salon should I experience any coronavirus symptoms or test positive for coronavirus after receiving service from the salon.
